Posture and Well Being

I have spent the last twenty-five years working as an osteopath. During this time, it has become clear to me that each of us has our own habits of sitting and standing. We tend to sit and stand in exactly the same way, day in and day out. For instance, we always sit on the same spot on our sofa. We walk in the same posture with the same gait and at the same speed. Revifer Movements show us us that when we allow ourselves to be exactly as we are we feel are more aligned, more upright, we can move more freely, our head is clearer, our feelings are calmer. Walking slightly more upright, looking at the horizon rather than at the pavement, will instantly change how we feel.
